The space
The house is in a very safe, quiet, and private location. Fenced in property. Private entrance. The house sits back on a quiet cul de sac on the side of our home. Kitchen with some spices. Coffee/Tea. Washer/Dryer. Private front and back patios. Private parking for one car in the driveway on designated area for non leaking cars. Quiet hours are observed 10:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m. $15 a night will be charged for additional guests who are brought in without notification. Children 12 and under are free.

Safe and quiet neighborhood in the east side of Modesto. Close to Save-Mart and Raley's shopping centers. Restaurants are close by. Memorial and Doctors hospital are a few miles away. We also have a Kaiser on Dale Road close to the Mall. Oakdale Hospital is about a 20 minute drive. Dry Creek area is a mile away for joggers/runners.
