The space
The Airbnb is completely private and not shared with anyone. It is located in one of the best entertainment locations in Dallas. (Don’t have to pay for parking if having a night out in Deep Ellum, can walk). Short distance to Baylor Hospital walking distance of 1500 feet. Great if you attending a conference at the Sheraton downtown (0.6 mile, 3 min car ride, 10 min walk). 3 min walk to Bottled Blonde Restaurant/Bar/Nightclub. 1 min walk Tom Thumb Grocery and Gas Express.

Massive bathtub for deep relaxation. Custom unlimited hot water system installed. You can shower for as long as you like with unlimited hot water (tankless , never runs out). The hot tube jets in the picture do not work.

No shared spaces in private Airbnb. Entrance, foyer, stair case, clothes washer, and clothes dryer are shared with other Airbnb. Very private area (rental does not include anything above 1st floor, except laundry facility that is shared).

Includes WIFI and parking. Can also use washing and dry laundry facility (shared with other Airbnb) for free.

If pre arranged and requested we do have a blow up mattress that we can allow use of for a possible 3rd guest. Please be aware that the blow up mattress is big and there is not allot of extra free floor space in the room. Therefore I do not recommend this for long periods as it will be very cramped.

We just added roku to the tv. We have a net flix account ready for your use. If you would like to use the other services available through the roku your own login would be required.

The hall way, stairs, foyer, and laundry facilities are shared with other Airbnb guests so we request minimal noise in these areas. Loud noises or partying will not be tolerated especially at night.

Guest access
Entire bottom floor is yours. There is a washing machine and dryer on the third floor for use. The laundry facility is shared with other Airbnb guest. The room has a small Refrigerator and microwave. NO KITCHEN access included with this Airbnb.

Other things to note
The front gate and front door are shared with one other Airbnb guest. We ask that these are kept locked at all times. Your private suite and bathroom area are under separate locked and keyed door. All the shared space (front door, front gate, hallways, stairs cases, laundry facility) are under camera security system recording 24 hours. Of course private Airbnb areas have no cameras.

Personal air Conditoner / heating system dedicated to your personal space

**(During very cold days the built in heater in the ceiling is not sufficient and thus we provide a space heater in order to augment that heater. It is essential on very cold days to use this space heater)**

Unit uses lock box for check in and out.

The room has a small refrigerator and microwave.

There is plenty of free street parking available.
