First and foremost, we want you to have fun!
As this is a family home, you may need to put up with a few fights between our spirited boys, as well as smiles, lots of hello's, and requests to play a game of Uno or Wii :)
Guests have access to common areas on first floor (kitchen, dining room, bathroom), and guest bedroom and bathroom only on second floor (unless whole home is rented-contact us for details).
No smoking on or near premises (two boys with asthma and smell sensitivity). If guests do smoke on the property, the guests will immediately be asked to leave, and we will keep the security deposit in order to fumigate the room.
No parties or no loud music after 11pm. During the week, as there is NO separate entrance to the room, we ask that all guests return to premises no later than 11 pm, and midnight on weekends (unless residents are out of town, or unless master bedroom is rented (contact owners for details).
Also during week, check in will need to be managed around hosts' work schedules, so check in might be as late as 5:30pm and departure as early as 8:30am. This is not an issue during weekends.
Kelly and Mark were so welcoming and made us feel at home! They have a lovely home and family - they were very warm and kind, and their two boys were so polite and sweet to us. They let us use their kitchen, offered us food, and made recommendations on places to go and see while in town. The room was perfect for our needs, and they even had a pack and play available for our 6 month old. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had its own coffee maker and maps of Doylestown. We couldn't recommend them more highly!
Mark and Kelly, I feel were like old friends I hadn't seen in years. I showed up to meet them. They very warmly welcomed me into their beautiful home. Showed me the home and told me all about me surrounding area. There house is gorgeous. make sure to ask Kelly about the Dragon portrait she recently procured. Mark and Kelly are the Cutest married couple ever absolutely made be believe that soulmates do exist. Anyway Mark invited me to a have beer as we discussed life and social events. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and had memory foam pillows. The bathroom was nicely arranged with shampoo and conditioner. They were going to invite me for dinner but I was in town for beer festival. Anyway I enjoyed myself so (email hidden) festival I walked home from the event. I slept extremely well and walked downstairs to see Mark preparing for football and going to brunch. Again I was welcomed to join them for brunch. Mark actually gave me a ride to my car in the morning I could not believe it. With this being said I would highly recommend staying with this amazing couple and their beautiful children.
Kelly, Scott and their boys made me feel very welcome. The bedroom was large and pleasant and the shared bathroom was more than adequate. I know this pretty neighborhood very well and Kelly and Scotts house is situated close to the lovely Doylestown town center with its many restaurants, bars and places to visit. I have no hesitation recommending this as a place to stay.
Kelly and Mark were very friendly and welcoming. Their house is lovely and the room was very upscale and luxurious - room felt more like a professional B&B.
Our Doylestown stay was perfect - Kelly and Mark live in a lovely neighborhood , quiet with tree-lined streets. Our room was upstairs, clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom across the hall. This was our first airbnb experience and we would highly recommend our hosts. We love Doylestown and think Kelly and Mark live in an ideal spot from which to explore.
We had a good one night stay with Kelly and Mark. They accomodated our needs and were friendly and warm. We would have enjoyed chatting with them more but had a tight itinerary. Thanks for having us.

We love relaxing with friends, building a fire, bbqing, enjoying nature, hiking, sports, and entertainment. Kelly is a health coach, so she loves teaching people how to upgrade their food, savor every bite, and bring balance and joy into their lives. She also would love to own a B&B and airbnb helps her get her fix without having to move or run one full time...
