  • This is a perfect spot , safe. Near the red Luas line , coffee shop , amazing bakery , and grocery near by , cool landmark Kilmainham jail nearby , I liked having a washer / dryer, wifi was super convenient , cooking some meals ourselves was great and saved us some money , and of course Breda the host is a super lady , would stay here again for sure .

  • Breda has been an excellent host always ready to help us in anything we might have needed. The apartment is really nice and quiet in a very good location. Excellent communication with the centre of town with both LUAS and BUS. We had a great time in Dublin. Thank you.

  • Highest recommendation for this apartment and host! I spent a very happy three weeks in this beautiful, comfortable apartment. It is in an impressive building in a lovely part of the city, and it provides the ideal base for a stay in Dublin, at a great price. It has all the facilities you could need (including a fine batch of leaflets/guides etc for attractions in Dublin and beyond) and it is so good to have the independence of being self-catering. It couldn't be better connected to the city centre (bus stops literally outside the front door) and there are many things to discover within walking distance. Five stars for apartment, host, and city!

  • We have stayed in 3 different flats in Dublin, and this was far and away the best! Great location, and it always felt wonderful to get back there after running around all day. Breda was there to greet us when we arrived and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The flat was warm and cozy and had everything that we needed. It will definitely be our first choice for our next trip to Ireland.

  • We had a fantastic stay at Breda's place. The whole process was easy from start to finish and she was very helpful with information on Dublin and other areas we were visiting in Ireland. It's a very cute place, close to a grocery, pub and the Luas and good base for exploring Dublin. We would certainly recommend.

  • A comfortable, light-filled flat with a particularly nice bed. Breda is a very welcoming host, who put me at my ease and was very prompt to respond when needed. She was there to greet me on arrival and helped me get my taxi to the ferryport when I left. I would definitely rebook.

  • My husband stayed in this wonderful apartment for 2 weeks to attend an art biennial. Very quiet and clean. Close to public transportation to get into town easily. Breda was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

  • Breda was more than accommodating to my husband and I's wonky schedule. She was willing to work with us during the planning stages and she was very helpful when we had questions during our stay in Dublin. The pictures do not lie. The apartment is just as cute in person. And everything advertised about the location and apartment were true. We had internet, access to public transportation was a breeze, and we could do laundry there in the comfort of the apartment. Our 20 day stay there was terrific and Breda, along with the help of her sister, only made the time there even more wonderful and full of ease.
