Other things to note
The villa is intended for use as a private holiday home only.
While the backyard area may be available for weddings and select social events, prior written approval from management is required. Under no circumstances are house parties or events — including weddings — permitted without advance written consent.
Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the neighborhood and ensure quiet enjoyment at all times.
Management reserves the right to intervene if there are excessive noise levels or if the number of persons on the property exceeds the number of registered guests.
Other things to note
When renting to host an event or wedding, the bed that has been set up in the bar lounge downstairs can be removed to afford more space for entertaining.
