The space
Welcome to Lakeside Landing on Seeley Lake, a spacious lakeside retreat designed for memorable Montana getaways. With five private bedrooms plus a large open sleeping room, three full bathrooms, and multiple levels of living space, this home is perfect for family gatherings, group vacations, and relaxing lake escapes.

The main floor features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen where guests can gather to cook, dine, and spend time together. Large windows bring in natural light, and the expansive deck overlooks the open shoreside and beautiful Seeley Lake, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or watching the sunset over the water. At the end of the hallway, a private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed.

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. One bedroom includes a queen bed and two twin beds, while the second bedroom features a queen bed.

The third floor offers two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom includes two queen beds, while the other features a queen bed. This top level also features a cozy lounging area with a small bar that looks out through the windows toward the lake. Step outside from the bar lounge onto the small balcony overlooking the water—an ideal place to relax with a drink, take in the view, or enjoy the peaceful lake setting from above.

On the walkout lower level, guests will find a large open sleeping area with two twin bunk beds (four beds total). This space opens directly to the yard and lakefront, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the shoreline, dock, and surrounding outdoor space.

Outside is where this property truly shines. Guests can relax on the large deck overlooking the water, spend the day enjoying the open shoreside, or take advantage of the dock for swimming, boating, or simply soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

The dock is uniquely shaped like a “W,” providing multiple areas to access and enjoy the lake. The lakehouse and the trailer home located behind it are part of the same property but can be rented separately. As a result, the dock is shared between the two rentals. The left side of the dock is reserved for guests staying in the trailer home, while the other sections of the dock are available for lakehouse guests. We simply ask guests to be mindful of the shared space so everyone can comfortably enjoy the lake during their stay.

Lakeside Landing is conveniently located next door to Lindey’s Steakhouse Lawn and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other town amenities, making it easy to enjoy both the lake and the charm of Seeley Lake without needing to drive.

For larger groups, the neighboring trailer home may also be rented, allowing additional friends or family to stay nearby while enjoying this incredible lakeside property together.
