quaint cafes, restaurants, galleries, shops and pubs. Elmwood Village's bustling
shopping district is located five minutes away. The nearby Medical Campus is
home to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo General Hospital, the new Women
and Children's Hospital, The Cardiovascular Institute and the soon to be built

and Local, State and Federal Office buildings are a short metro rail ride away.
Well appointed Victorian homes, friendly neighbors, and located very close to restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Still very quiet at night with a great deal of privacy.
Metro rail is three blocks from Irving Place, and bus lines are one block away on Delaware or Elmwood Avenues. Of course a number of taxis are also available. It is a very walkable city as well.
Buffalo Allentown Apartment has everything you need. Almost everything in the unit is new, bed and pillows are comfy, kitchen fully equipped and water is good and hot for those cold mornings and thick nice white towels keep you warm. Apartment is located behind Thomas's home so he is easily available to help with whatever comes up. We had car trouble so he let us park in his driveway and found parking for himself on street. Thomas, was quick to respond to our reservation and whenever we needed information about the unit and or Buffalo. He provided coffee cream and sugar, and has a very nice welcome basket for us. We basically just slept at the apartment but it could easily be a full time home. It even has a cute front porch with bistro table and rocker. We would stay with Thomas on any future visits to Buffalo
Great place - perfect for a weekend away. Downtown and waterfront are still quite close, and the Allentown neighbourhood is really nice - very nice to walk through with classic homes. Thomas was great - had left out maps, brochures, etc. making it easier for us to acquaint ourselves with what's nearby. Walgreens around the corner was a bonus.
Finding street parking was a challenge at times, but it was free.
Would happily return.
