We can recommend Marco as a host and his big house. He gave us a tour around the little town with many infos about the history and where to do what. The house was clean ans cosy. There are some shops and bars nearby. When you are there go to Subiaco and do some rafting. Thank you Marco for some good days in youf flat.

We really enjoyed our holidays in Trevi. We loved to be in the nature and surrounded by mountains and that's actually what Trevi is about! It's a perfekt place for hiking (Monte Viglio!). Marco is a perfect host who also is happy to give you advices for tours (hikings maps available) and also small guides within Trevi. We loved his ancient house, it's clean and in the summer much cooler than outside! Hopefully we can come back one day!

Marco was a wonderful host. Very communicative and willing to help. He gave us a wonderful walking tour of his village and spent a good hour with us showing us around. He was smiling, happy, and enjoying his interaction. The place is really nice with everything you need for the area. We made our dinner from the little market and relaxed on the veranda. The local restaurant was closed for lunch so he drove us to a great little place about 2 miles away and set us up with the owner to take care of us. He texted us with information after ward to check on us. The villiage where his house sits is very old and very quaint and the residents and shop owner were friendly and willing to talk to us along the way (or try with the language barrier). The castle was a few steps from the front door and we had a great little tour. All and all it was really nice and Marco is a new friend.

Our stay at Marco's house was beyond amazing. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful location in the mountains, accessible by four buses a day. Each night was quiet enough to hear the birds, and dark enough to see countless stars. The beds are all cozy, and you'll truly never want to leave. We highly recommend!

My name is Marco Iacobucci , I was born and live in Rome , the city of the ancient Empire of Caesar. In life working as a photographer and journalist. Gossip , sports , editorial and corporate , are my main activities . I follow football teams Roma and Lazio , when they play at home in the Olympic Stadium in Rome.
Thanks to my job , I had the opportunity to travel a lot, and visit beautiful places. I then had the opportunity to experience the hospitality of many peoples . And doing a lot of experience . I liked get to in a place and be welcomed with all the attention .
In 2010 my father died, he lived in a house in a village 80 km away from Rome, Trevi nel Lazio. A small unknown village in the middle of Simbruinis.
After his death, I inherited 2 houses in Trevi nel Lazio, one inside and one outside the city . The house in the city is a very old house , was built around the year 1200 . My ancestors have always lived in there . When I walked in, there were very few things , an old table , old beds , a few cups and some glasses.
At first I was really desperate and depressed, I did not know what to make of that house, because I needed a lot of money to restructure it. I decided to sell it, and I found a person who offered me lots of money. The house is very large, and is situated on a square where there is a medieval castle , in fact when you walk out the door and you look up , you see this huge castle.
I had already decided to sell, but then one day a friend of mine, an archaeologist, came to visit my country Trevi, she had traveled the world for work, she was very surprised by the beauty of the place and told me not to sell the house because it was unique.
He told me to try to rent it to tourists who are looking for particular homes. She convinced me.
For work, last year I went to Brazil, I came across the website Airbnb, and booked some houses in Brazil. When I went to Brazil I was welcomed with open arms by my host.
I liked it so much the philosophy of Airbnb that I decided to do it myself with my home.
When I returned, I started to clean the house, painting it and furnishing it. I decided to try this new experience, trying to bring in tourists to the country Trevi, where there has never been tourism.
In addition to my work as a photographer, I decided to commit myself to this new challenge.
