Beautiful, bright and newly renovated Southampton Village property, walk to shops, restaurants, no car needed! The main house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 beautiful baths, high-end kitchen (eg. Viking, Kitchenaid, Bosch) accommodating 8. Large deck for lounging, heated salt water pool, beautiful landscaping, beach and vineyards nearby. There's a beautiful new finished basement and fresh updates throughout. BONUS: cottage on property accommodating 3 more, bringing total to 11.

The space
Rare historic VILLAGE property, updated with beautiful kitchen, high-end bathrooms and open living/dining room area. Modern amenities and style with old-world charm. The main house was just renovated including a new finished basement with windows throughout, providing a bright, spacious area for kids or adults to hang out.

Large deck overlooks great backyard with professional landscaping and healthy, large salt water pool (open April-Sept). Pool heater is available, propane fuel extra cost. Backyard is securely fenced in, making it ideal for young children to safely roam and play. Awesome new stainless steel Weber gas grill.

The bonus cottage at the rear of the property has two bedrooms accommodating 3 guests. Perfect for guests with a baby/small child, or others seeking privacy.

An excellent restaurant is just around the corner, with all other village restaurants and shops (including the original Tates bakery and extraordinary Citarella gourmet market) an easy stroll. No car needed to enjoy Southampton Village.

The beach is close enough to actually hear waves crashing on most days. There are several vineyards nearby, including Wolffer, with the most beautiful tasting room in the Hamptons.
