Private Room and a Comfy Home

House - Private room · Mossglen Circle, Sacramento, CA 95826, United States

Here you'll have a clean room and a share in the rest of this quite and peaceful home. New paint and carpet. Easy freeway access. I'm friendly and will do my best to make your stay great.

The Space

The guest bedroom has a double size bed. This is a 4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood in east Sacramento, next to the American River Bike Trail, and very close to Highway 50 and Watt Avenue. I have heating and air conditioning, so if it's too hot or too cold just let me know!

The house is 1,622 sq ft, 4 bed, 2 bath, and since I'm the only one living here, you won't feel cramped.

Interaction with Guests

I'm a single guy, 31 years old, and I live in this house by myself. I'm at home a lot, but I'm usually keeping busy in my office area. If you need anything just let me know. I don't drink, nor smoke, nor do drugs.

The Neighborhood

This house is located right off Highway 50 at the Watt Avenue exit, so there is quick and easy freeway access.

  • Tim treated me with kindness and accommodated my late arrival (around midnight) with grace. I found the home to be very spacious and well-appointed.

  • Tim was a great host. He was very friendly and welcoming! The place was exactly what it described in the posting. It was clean and homey. :) Highly recommended!

  • I enjoyed my stay at Tim's! Tim is a great host and set me up with all I needed for comfortable stay...including a refill on water, fruit, etc. I also had a chance to chat with Tim for a bit, which was nice. He's a good guy, very easy to get along with. Also, having a room AND bathroom to your own is definitely a plus. One piece of advice to those traveling by light rail (Gold line train): Use the College Greens Station. I got off at the Watt/Manlove Station (one stop past College Greens) and discovered that the sidewalk along Watts Avenue is a work in progress...you'll have much safer (and pretty flat) walk to and from College Greens. Okay, I'm out!

  • Great value, peaceful, immaculate space. I arrived and began preparing my food while having great conversations with my host. Tim made me feel at home without intruding. In the morning if you need to stretch your legs theres a great running or walking path along the river (10 min walk away).

  • My two-night stay at Tim's was great! His place is nice and clean just like the pictures. On top of that, Tim was a great host! I flew into SMF late and arrived at Tim's well into the night; he still greeted me with a smile and was very accomodating. I was frantically preparing for my interview so I was unable to fully take advantage of what his place has to offer. It's unfortunate because his place is in a great location! Easy access to the freeways and the American river is nearby. I'll definitely would like to stay at Tim's again, but this time I'll need to plan some time to explore to American river trail. Thanks Tim! =)

  • First of all, everything is exactly as stated about Tim's home. Clean, quiet, modern and extremely comfortable in a peaceful safe neighborhood. Also, Tim's place is within a rock's throw to an amazing park for jogging, cycling, or just taking a nice walk. As far as the host Tim, he is very easy to communicate with friendly and gives his guest just enough space to not feel cramped or uncomfortable in a new situation. Would definitely recommend booking, you will not be disappointed. I plan on definitely booking again!!

  • A bargain! A clean, well-appointed basic room with fast WiFi, access to a tidy kitchen and an attractive back yard, a private bathroom, and a quiet, pleasant host. I'd definitely stay there again next time my travels take me to Sacramento.

About
Hi. I'm a 30 year old guy who lives in a quiet neighborhood in the east part of Sacramento. I live in a 4 bedroom house, but I don't use 2 of the bedrooms. I am a clean person and polite and easy to get along with. I'm a quite person and tend to keep to myself, but if you need anything I will definitely try my best to make your stay a good experience.
