Tulum is beautiful — and constantly growing. Our neighborhood, La Veleta, is in full development. That means:
• Construction can occur nearby, sometimes with noise or dust. Unfortunately, Tulum has no regulations on construction hours, and this is beyond our control.
• We can’t offer refunds for this, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and assist with anything you need.
Additionally, due to the tropical climate and local infrastructure, occasional interruptions in electricity, water supply, or internet can happen — especially during storms.
We kindly remind you that we cannot offer refunds for weather-related issues or natural events such as hurricanes, storms, or power outages. These are rare, but possible — and always beyond anyone’s control. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility 💚

To encourage mindful energy use, we include 40 kWh per day, which is more than enough for regular use. Any extra consumption will be billed at 40 MXN/kWh, based on readings at check-in and check-out.
To help you manage the A/C:
• The house is equipped with a smart control system you can use from your phone or manually.
• We gently ask that you turn off A/C when you’re not in the room or at home — it makes a big difference 🌞
