Lovely apartment style unit ideal for comfort and relaxation for up to 2 guests. SLTDA registered. It's on Beach Road, Mount Lavinia, 100m away from the famous Mount Lavinia Beach. All shops, banks, restaurants are walking distance. The room has an attached bathroom, kitchen and dining space, giving a studio apartment vibe. It is on the 1st Floor of our home with guest access through an external stairway within the property. Hosts are always available on the ground floor.

The space
The unit consist of a spacious Air Conditioned Bedroom, private attached private bathroom with hot water, a small kitchen with pantry and dining space. It includes a queen size bed, cupboard, work table, TV, Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, Refrigerator, Microwave, WiFi (SLT Broadband) & Dialog Satellite TV is provided. With a mini apartment style vibe, the space aims to give a secure "home away from home" experience. The units kitchen is a lovely addition allowing the guest the convenience to prepare meals. Access to the unit is via an external stairway within the property leading to the 1st and 2nd floors. Located on Beach Road, with an easy walk down the road to the popular Mount Lavinia beach. Host family resides on the ground floor of the house, thus help is just a knock away and provides an added level of assurance for all our guests.

Guest access
Guests have direct access to the unit through an external stairway to the first floor of the house. The access spaces are secured by a private gate and CCTV coverage for added security.

Beach Road is the most popular access road to the beach and the property is just 100m away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk. Further the location is 5-10 mins away on a walk from all popular restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, banks and transportation.

I'm an tech entrepreneur who studied in Newcastle UK and back to Sri Lanka where me and my two brothers decided to renovate our ancestral home and list it for travelers as a hobby. While I'm a technologist, my brother who is the co host is a Medical Doctor and the other a Civil Engineer in the US. The passion to setup an AirBnB came from hosting our friends from countries we lived such as UK, US and China where we decided to open up our home to travelers on Airbnb with our parents helping us host our guests. I love traveling myself and favorite travel destinations include Melbourne, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Milwaukee in the US where i believe the worlds best craft beer is made!!! We are passionate about Sri Lanka and what it has to offer as a tourist destination and would love to help guests explore the beauty of the destination. With my parents and brother staying just on the same property, we provide an added assurance of assistance which is a knock away anytime of the day and our passion is turning every guest n to a friend and making it a memorable stay!!!.
