About this listing
***We are back as of 2/15*** Our loft has 900 sq. ft. with 12ft ceilings. It is located on Bedford Ave and is the featured photo under Airbnb's Neighborhoods for Williamsburg. They refer to our building as the "Perfect Location".
You will have Wifi, a serious 24k btu AC, a communal rooftop with insane views of the city, and clean sheets and towels. The space has an Original Mural created by Matthew Reid a quirky local graffiti artist and is covered with white brick and tons of light. It has a queen bed and access to a blow up mattress with linens. Needless to say this apartment is ridiculous and were in love with it.
You can spit on anything your looking for, amazing food, shopping, nightlife, culture, etc… and only blocks from the water. Were a phone call or text away if you need any guidance or suggestions on transpiration, eating, bars, parks, local events etc…
Laundry: drop of right next door
The L train is two blocks away and a 5 min ride into Manhattan, the G and the JMZ are both just a few blocks away too. JFK and LGA are about 40 mins away. You can take the train but I'd take a cab and eat cheap for the day.
Other Things to Note
The walls can be thin and occasionally there are parties, but earplugs or the fan can be sufficient noise barriers.
NO SMOKING CIGARETTES please this is a big one!
Please don't have parties or guests, our neighbors will narc you out.
If you break something replace it, but please be very careful with out furniture and personal belongings.
It would be really nice if you didn't steal our stuff.
Oh and please please please don't lose the key's. It's $250.00 to replace them, hence the $250.00 security deposit.
We had a great time at Amanda and Elisa's loft. The location was incredible and a perfect spot to explore North Williamsburg. Amanda was there when we arrived and offered some spot on local tips and recommendations.
Amanda and Elisa were super accommodating, they gave some great advice for restaurants and neighborhood hangouts. The loft was super spacious and very Brooklyn, there is also a secret rooftop which was great for sunset views of manhattan and the williamsburgh bridge. The location could not be better, so we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
Absolutely loved my stay at Amanda and Elisa's studio. It's just as the pictures show, very clean and VERY centrally located in the thick of hip Williamsburg. You can also jump on the L line just a block or two away and be into Manhattan in no time. The hosts were very responsive by text, checkin/out was a breeze, and I felt as though any issues would have been promptly resolved (though none came up!). A lovely weekend - thank you Amanda and Elisa.
Amanda and Elisa were great hosts. They were flexible, and helped to accommodate our schedule. The space is exactly as advertised; spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location.
I would wholeheartedly recommend their place to anyone looking for a great Williamsburg location.
This couldn't have been better - perfect location, beautiful, clean, huge apartment with gorgeous natural light. Seamlessly easy to get in. Just amazing. Thanks Amanda & Elisa.
My husband and I had a great stay at Amanda and Elisa's loft. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions and was super sweet. The space is great - large, open and very clean. We can't say enough great things about the neighborhood, we love Brooklyn and had a great time stopping by the shops and restaurants in the area.
The reservation was canceled 14 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
About the Host, Amanda And Elisa
We love to travel and work as little as possible. Elisa (left in photo) works as a Finance Analyst at a fancy firm and Amanda (right) is a grad student at Sarah Lawrence College. Were huge fans of Williamsburg and left the West Village to be part of the community. We have a really really supper small rescue Chihuahua that sleeps a lot. She deserves it for working so hard at that puppy mill.
