The building is brand new (opened in March 2025) and it is fantastic! However, this means that many apartments are still in the construction and finishing phases. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider the following before booking:

DAYTIME NOISE: From Monday to Friday, during business hours (approximately 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00), it is very likely you will hear construction noise. If you plan to spend your day exploring the city, this should not affect your stay.

PROTECTED COMMON AREAS: To protect the brand-new facilities from the constant movement of move-ins, you will notice that elevators and floors in some hallways are covered with protective materials.
