Pets must be approved prior to arrival. We currently allow 1–2 small dogs with pre-approval. Please notify us before booking so we can share the details and make sure your furry friend feels right at home.
To help us keep the property comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted on beds or sofas at any time. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. A pet fee may apply.
🔎 Please Note
The house uses a septic tank system. To keep everything running smoothly, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Your cooperation helps us maintain a comfortable experience for all guests.
The property is equipped with a backup generator to provide added comfort during unexpected power outages. While the home does not have a water cistern, our team remains available to assist guests whenever support is needed.
Please note that, like many areas throughout Puerto Rico, occasional interruptions to water or electrical service can occur. These interruptions may be scheduled by the utility providers with little or no advance notice, or they may result from weather conditions or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Should this happen during your stay, you can count on us to communicate promptly, provide updates whenever available, and assist in every reasonable way to help minimize the impact on your vacation.
