Horrendous experience! Truly no one deserves to be treated so poorly. Booked 5 nights, stayed 1. Yee was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we met. After booking, you will be met with 2 pages of rules that are enforced harshly and with discrimination. I attempted to document Ye…

I won't use a lot of word to clarify my innocence. Anyone who are reading this review please check out my another 97 reviews from my guests around the world about my personality and my apartment condition rather than listen to this guest. Just to add on a little bit more about what this guest has mentioned, the two pages rules that she said, it was actually check in process and how to access my apartment and some of the reminder to keep the apartment in order. Besides, if I was discriminate this guest, I wouldn't have accepted her request for booking, this criticize can't be accepted at all, and I supposed she has no prove to support her statement. I'll reserve my right for any legal ability she has offended including taking picture in private premise without consent. This guest frightened everyone in the apartment not to mentioned she was talking loudly with her friend for 4 hours. I scared of what would she do on us if I let her to stay, this is why I request her to leave immediately because she was so disrespectful and rude. One of it was keep ignoring my request as a host, how you can put someone up if she are not respecting you. And she mentioned about I yelled at her, due to she was an unsafe guest, I requested her to give back the key and I will provide a secure access for her as Airbnb policy stated, but she ignored my request at the first night and when the next day she wanted to go out, I request her to leave the key and she just walked out and ignoring my request for the 3rd time. The real situation wasn't like she said "woke up to a yelling from me at 7.30am", she was a liar, coz I have two witnesses for this scene. I made a courtesy apologise and fully refund not because of guilty but as my cultural, we are nice to everyone. We hope unhappy things happened was simply a misunderstanding. So, a courtesy apologise was just to make a positively ending. For the fully refund, as a host, I always wanted my guest be happy and comfortable staying at my place as they pay for it, since she said she is not comfortable in my place, as a host who possess moral integrity, fully refund is just a courtesy. All those little things happened such as bringing guest or untidy I totally can accept if she is polite and friendly. She made herself unwelcoming, the only thing that I can do was ask her to leave, otherwise I really don't know what gonna happen on us and my apartment.
Yee was a lovely host! Very friendly and welcoming, even when checking in late in the evening. She was happy to give suggestions, but left to me own devices to come and go as I pleased. Location is excellent, two minute walk to public transport and other areas of interest. Would …
