Kids will LOVE the indoor Blockbuster Video Playhouse with slide, retro gaming and TV, VCR, DVD! 🛝 AND- there are TWO bunkhouses- Stranger Things and Jumanji themed, to appeal to kids, teens (and adults) of all ages! 🛌

🛋You'll love the open-concept, expansive Living Room/Kitchen layout for gathering, with beautiful white pine vaulted ceiling! This main area also has two extra long bar tops and kitchen island for dining. 🍽
🌲Right off the main living area is the outdoor patio. Relax and reconnect with family and friends with breathtaking views! Outdoor BBQ grill and firepit area also nearby for meals and s'mores. 🔥
♿️Accessibility- The first floor has no stairs to access the home, kitchen, main bathroom or living room. The main bathroom has only a small lip to enter the shower. Though the home isn't officially ADA compliant, it would be suitable for those able to fit through regular sized doorways and hallways and able to step over the small lip in the shower. Please Note- there is a declining path to reach the lake.
🛶Brady Lake is a 17 acre serene, quiet lake with no wakes allowed. Please respect the lake, beach and neighbors by adhering to this law. The lake is perfect for swimming, paddle boards, pedal boating, fishing and kayaking. 🎣 The home also has a private dock, and includes use of 3 kayaks, paddle board, pedal boat, small fishing boat, and swimming raft.
🚤 If you are looking for water skiing or tubing, head to nearby Summit Lake (or one of the many other larger area lakes for full rec opportunities). Summit Lake is only a 2 minute drive (.5 miles away). Families love having this option for boating away from the property since it allows both kids and adults to relax once back at the home! ☺️

HOUSE RULES-
👥 Occupancy
Maximum of 21 registered guests at any time. No unregistered overnight guests.
Day visitors must be approved in advance. This home is ideal for multiple families with kids and multi-generational groups. Adult Limit- 16
🎉 Parties & Events
No large parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval.
🤫Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced — lake sound carries).
🚭 Smoking & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside the home nor on back balcony. Smoke mitigation charges of $500 will be applied if smoke smell is present in the home. No illegal substances on the property.
🎬 Themed Rooms & Decor
Please treat all themed decor, props, murals, and installations with care.
No removing decor, props, or themed items from their designated areas. Any movies or games that are used must be put back together correctly and replaced.
Children must be supervised in bunkhouses and Blockbuster playhouse. Slide weight limit is 100 lbs.
🛏 Bunk & Loft Safety
Top bunks are not recommended for children under 6. Weight limit is 200 lbs for top Bunks. No jumping from or on bunks.
🔞 No food or drink is allowed in ANY bedroom, Bunkhouse, Loft or Blockbuster Playhouse. All food and drinks MUST remain in the main living room and kitchen area only. Extra charges will apply for cleaning if crumbs, spills, etc are present in other areas.
🌊 Lake & Outdoor Use
Swim, Boat, (Ice) Fish, Ice Skate at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty).
Life jackets are required for children when using kayaks or any boat or near the dock.
No glass near the lake or dock area.
This is a non-wake lake — no wakes at any time. Trolling motors are allowed.
Fishing licenses are required on any body of water for those 16 and over and can be purchased on the WI DNR site.
🔥 Fire Safety
Fire pit use only in designated area. Fully extinguish fires before going back inside.
No fireworks, firearms or candles at any time.
🐾 Dogs
Dogs that are 100% potty trained are allowed with fee. Limit 3 dogs. No other pets allowed.
Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors is required. Keep dogs on a leash outside and off beds and sofas. No dogs allowed in the Blockbuster playhouse.
🚗 Parking
Park only in designated spots. Please adhere to signs. Please only park on the lakeside of the red parking marker "whiskers". It is 100% Safe to drive over these bendable markers.
✔️Minimum age to rent the property- 25
🌲These woods are home to wildlife and insects. Please help us by keeping exterior doors closed. You may encounter deer and other critters, and we ask that you please be respectful as they pass through. Feel free to explore the woods on the lakeside of the driveway. There is even a scavenger hunt set up!
🧹 Respect the Property
Report any damages immediately.
Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees. Leave the home in reasonable condition at checkout.
🕒 Check In and Check-Out
Check in time is 4pm or later. Follow all checkout instructions provided in the welcome guide. Check out is 10am.
Early Check in and late check out must be pre-approved. We will do our best to accommodate when we are able.
Please Note: Exterior security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property for security purposes. Please do not tamper with, cover, unplug, or disable the cameras. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and secure property.
