Comfortable and charming throughout

Many guests highlight the comfortable beds and charming, well-decorated living spaces
This cozy and modern cottage is the perfect spot to stay in the North End. A renovated, bright and happy home includes stainless steel appliances, stylish decor, and original character. The living area includes TV set up with Roku and opens up into a fully stocked kitchen. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located close to all the best places in the heart in Boise! With a king bed and two twin beds for the little ones-- perfect for the whole family.

The space
This is a one of kind space- the basement does have a low clearing, this maybe an issue for those that are over six feet tall. However, most of the living space has tall and open ceilings. The master is located downstairs, a twin at the bottom of the stairs (not in an enclosed room), and one twin bed is located upstairs.

Guest access
The entire house is yours to use while renting. Feel free to use anything like it's your own, during your stay. The property is surrounded by a fence and has a small patio area as well.

No parties-
We have zero tolerance for parties and the neighbors don't put up with it.

Other things to note
The downstairs (master) has a low clearing, this maybe an issue for those that are over six feet tall, but the majority of the living space has tall and open ceilings.
