We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, beach towels, blanket, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, initial snacks, linens, stocked kitchen with everything to cook and all appliances, two coffee pots, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, glass tea kettle, books, puzzles, balls and probably something I'm forgetting, lol, yes yoga mat, two robes, USB ports and binoculars 😊.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Kona, our oceanfront condo is across the street from local farmers markets, island vendors, and shops, with a convenience store only a block away. Grocery stores including Costco, KTA, Safeway, Walmart, and Island Naturals are all nearby and easy to access from the airport.

We’ve stocked the condo with many extras to help you travel lighter and enjoy the island fully, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels, beach blanket, games, and more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware, spices, baking essentials, blender, rice cooker, toaster oven, tea kettle, and two coffee makers — including a Keurig with milk frother. We also provide a few starter snacks after your travels.

The spacious sectional, chaise lounge, and oversized ottoman offer comfortable extra sleeping and lounging space for additional guests.

Traveling with a larger group? We also own a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury condo nearby in the Keauhou area, (which is about 15 minutes south of Kona), with ocean views, 3 pools, tennis, pickleball, and resort amenities.

Realtor/investor and love the ocean and especially Hawaii. I grew up in Michigan and was always on one of the lakes there! Being on or near the water is my healing space. Met my wonderful husband Steve in Arizona and married in 2018. We live in Prescott AZ, but visit our beautiful condo with our grandkids and family as often as possible, as there is nothing like the sea breeze, beautiful weather, beaches and Hawaiian hospitality. I feel wonderful there and I am sure you will too! We hope you enjoy our spaciuos condo as much as we do! We used to own and manage a couple airbnb's in Solana Beach, CA, but have always wanted to have a place in Hawaii, so here we are! We pride ourselves in having our guests feel comfortable, at home and having a wonderful and relaxing vacation with everything you need like home!
