Rich and Gloria very friendly. Good rm with a very comfortable bed.
Wonderful old neighborhood with off street parking. Would stay again.
This was our second stay at Villa Anna in the Garden Room. Gloria and Rich are very welcoming. The room is as pictured, actually somewhat larger than it appears online. They provide a lovely continental breakfast each morning that we enjoyed before spending the day with our family. We are early risers and love that all we need to do is push the power button on the coffee maker and enjoy our coffee, fruit, croissants/breakfast bread/cookies in their beautiful dining room. There is secure off street parking. Highly recommended.
Once again Rich and Gloria rolled out the red carpet and made my stay wonderful! Their location is great and their home is spectacular! You've heard the phrase, "Kiss the cook!" - well I need to give Gloria a big wet one on the cheek: her breakfasts are divine! They are super hosts!!!
Hosts were very welcoming! Room was lovely with lots of antique furniture. Hosts' dog is very cute and friendly!
Gloria and Rich were amazing hosts! The space in this charming house in Germantown is really special- it had so much character and warmth, my friend and I were pretty enamored with it from the minute we arrived. We stayed in the Garden Room on the main floor. It was even more spacious than I'd expected and the bed was so comfy we were pretty much immediately asleep as soon as we climbed into it. The toilet in our room was a little wonky and we had to wait to use the upstairs shower during busy mornings but it was not a problem. Also Gloria makes a really nice strong coffee and even gave me a pancake on my way out the door the day we checked out! It was delicious.
We stayed at villa Anna for two nights. The room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was great! Rich and Gloria were very friendly.
Rich and Gloria were very friendly hosts and we enjoyed our stay with them.
