We really worked hard to please our guests Don and Maureen. Check-in time is always at 3:00 pm, but they arrived at 11 am, and we still accommodated them. We regret Wi-fi signal did not work properly, however in the meantime we asked our neighbors to share their passwords with them too avoid lack of service. We bought them a hot-cold water dispenser which was not included in the condo description, however, we supplied them with drinking water at our expense. Later on we were informed that we were charged for extra 8 containers (20 liters each) and unlimited refills. We bought 20 extra white bathroom towels (already had 5 per person and 4 for swimming pool use) More over, we were charged us for extra Kitchen towels, toilet paper, 1 liter shampoo, garbage bags, beach towels, buying clothes hangers, wine glasses, 2 floor mats, wine opener, Tupperware containers, cleaning supplies, gloves, even a bag of ice, etc and of course they were not included in the description of the condo. We were asked to pay for these items by Don and Maureen, which we did in order to keep them pleased and comfortable, but definitively Don and Maureen took advantage of our generosity and that is not fair because one whole set of new grey bed sheets is missing and we made the mistake by not asking for any kind of deposit prior their reservation. Now, we have to deal with it. We do not deserve that because we truly went above and beyond to keep this couple happy, and we did not succeed.
