The space
The "Just Us" neighborhood is the smallest of the official neighborhoods of Atlanta, consisting of only two streets. It began as the "Fountain Drive-Morris Brown Drive Community Club" in the late 1940s, and evolved into its present name today during the early 1950s. My mom used to call our neighborhood "The Black Beverly Hills" due to once being the neighborhood in which Atlanta's elite lived.
The "Precious House" has been in the family since its construction in 1950. Was originally purchased by my Grandfather Clifford Harris Sr and was primarily used to host family and friends when he would visit along with my uncles from New York.
Our property is located near the Atlanta University Center area, just west of Mozley Park and south of the Ashby MARTA station. Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GA Aquarium, College Football HOF along with many other amazing sites and restaurants.
Guest access
You will have access to common area of the house, kitchen, living room and den. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs along with the main bath.
The washer and drier is located in the basement and the code to the door will be provided if needed. Keep in mind this house was built in the 50's and still has most of its original parts, be careful on those steps. One the brightside I cleared out the dust and spider webs for you!
