With two bedrooms, one full bath, and a flexible bonus room, the home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Outside, unwind in the large fenced in yard that has an expansive paver patio with a fire pit, rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days, enjoy al fresco dining. Close to beaches, marinas, restaurants, and downtown Falmouth, this is the perfect Cape getaway.

Located minutes to Great Pond in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful setting in the heart of East Falmouth, Cape Cod. Just 10 minutes from Main Street in downtown Falmouth, you can explore boutique shops, local art galleries, and some of the best restaurants and cafés on Cape Cod. A short drive brings you to Nobska Lighthouse for iconic ocean sunsets and to Woods Hole, where ferries depart to Martha’s Vineyard - making this the perfect home base for your Cape Cod getaway!

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, patio, outdoor shower, and storage shed, with the exception of two locked owner's closets. The association dock is available for guest use in accordance with neighborhood guidelines. Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the driveway.

- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.

Association dock access is seasonal and weather-dependent

Fire pit use may be restricted during local fire bans

Quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors

Outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal

No events or large gatherings permitted

Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start-up toiletries are provided

No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds.

Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars. There may be room for 3 small cars, but there is no street parking so please plan accordingly.
