Andrea is great. He helped me and my family with all the stuff we asked, gave tips about orientation in the city and not only.
The flat is very cosy, well equiped, clean and pleasent to stay. Andrea is an attaboy!;)
Everything was great! The house is really "brilliant", big, clean, wifi connection, warm and close to the center. Highly recommended!
very nice apartment
Andrea is a very responsive host who responded quickly to our queries prior to the trip. He met us on arrival and gave a very comprehensive briefing on the apartment and the local area. He speaks very good English so communication was easy.
Two large bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen/dining. Kitchen is adequately equipped for simple self catering but there are good restaurants in the immediate area. We can highly recommend Osteria a Piedi Pari [Via dei volsci, 107 - just off Piazza del Sanniti] and Pommidoro, Piazza dei Sanniti.
The front loader washing is in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. Outside temperatures dropped to 00C during our stay but we found the apartment warm and cosy throughout; there are wall mounted heaters which are time controlled coming on automatically.
The apartment, which was spotlessly clean on our arrival, is one floor up and serviced by lift and stairs. It is on a relatively low traffic area of the San Lorenzo area of Rome and is well serviced with public transport [No3 tram to the Coliseum area and No 19 to the Vatican]. Stops for each are about 150 metres from the apartment. Consider the three day or week transport passes if you are staying that long. Each is available from the corner tabacchi.
Overall, our week-long stay in Rome was most enjoyable and Andrea’s apartment provided us with a well placed base for exploring the city. Thank you, Andrea for helping make our stay in Rome so enjoyable.
Thanks for your e3fforts to make things right
Great place! lovely owner, very helpful! Beautiful Roma... We miss! I recommend this house :) Everything was ok! Andrea, cheers from cold Poland! Thank You for nice time in this flat and in incredible city :)
Great place to stay. Clean, cheap and close to city center. And Andrea is very kind and helpful...
A perfect, spacious house in a prime location. Termini station is a 15-20 minute walk or a bus ride away. 2 main Tram lines stop very close by (3 and 19) and the area is quite nice itself.
The house has been decorated nicely and has all necessary amenities, perfect for 4 people.
As people working in the hospitality business we had high expectations and Andrea's place didn't disappoint.
Andrea made sure there were 4 beds for us (4 lads) so that was a plus. He was also kind enough to wait for us to personally hand us a very good and useful map of the city and explain with detail how to get to the main touristic areas of Rome. He even showed us where to go to eat and party!
In the house itself, the kitchen has all the needed extras like a kettle (being from London we needed our tea/coffee :P) microwave and even some pans to cook in. Plates and cutlery are also provided.
Beds were very comfy and the bathroom is nice too.
An overall perfect experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome and will stay here again if we come back!
We had beautiful 5 days spent in Rome in Andrea's apartment. Everything was very nice. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and close to public transport to Rome center. I would recommend Andrea's place to everyone! :)
