Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape in this family-friendly two-story lakefront townhouse in the highly desirable Mallard Lakes community—just two miles from Fenwick Island, Delaware and Maryland beaches. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath + outdoor shower retreat offers peaceful water views and a quiet setting. An ideal setup for beach days and relaxed evenings at your peaceful lakeside getaway.

Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas are bright and inviting, with new appliances, bar seating, a dining table for 6 and everything you need for easy meals. We provide linens, fresh bath towels, paper towels, soaps and detergents. We also provide 3 beach chairs and 5 folding chairs for guest use at the beach or around the patio.

Unwind in the comfortable living room on two 7 ft sofas in front of the new 50” Fire TV or relax on the screened porch with lake views. Lounge on the new outdoor patio—perfect for morning coffee or evenings by the water. Includes Wi-Fi, cable, and 3 smart TVs for streaming.

The community features two pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, playgrounds, beach volleyball, horseshoes and scenic paths for walking, biking, fishing, and crabbing.

Things to Know:
- Use of community amenities is available for a fee. Fee charged for full duration of stay. Guests need to pay for and pickup their key fob and any parking passes at the pool office closest to the home (3 min walk out door to right. See office hours below. If office is not open upon check-in, please check-in w pool supervisor at pool):
• May 15 through Sep 15: $75 for 1-3 nights or $150 for 4-7 nights.
• Remainder of the year: $15 for 1-2 nights or $25 for 3-4 nights or $45 for weekly.
- Replacement fee of $175 if amenity key fob not returned to pool office drop box upon or before check-out. If found $125 will be refunded.
