This is a large room in the upstairs of our house. There is a comfortable queen bed and a private bath. We own 15 acres in the area with some established and some growing pecan trees. We grow trees, sell our nuts to the public, and also crack and shell as a service.

The space
Top Ten Reasons to Stay Here:
1. We joined Airbnb right near the start in 2009. We are the oldest serving hosts in the area.
2. You will have control of your own heat and air conditioning as each of our rooms has a mini split HVAC system. Be Comfortable!
3. Our home is Solar Powered and is the only guest space in the area with Tesla HPWC charging (listed on Plugshare).
4. Situated in a quiet country setting 800 feet off the road.
5. Ours is an allergen free home.
6. We have available electric car charging via our Tesla Wall Charger (fees may apply).
7. Queen sized mattress, regularly with sheets ironed by the hostess.
8. Local eggs, most of the time from our own chickens.
9. Great sitting porches! Enjoy the sunset out front or the variety of birds in the back.
10. Keyless entry-we will program the lock to allow you entry and egress without our being here.
