The home was great and Tania was an extremely gracious host. The house was in a perfect location that was fairly close to most of the attractions in the area. The house was extremely clean and tidy for our stay, and it was perfect for 6 people and could definitely host more. Would definitely book this again!
Our group of 10 stayed in Tania's home for a fun weekend trip. We were about 25 minutes from Jack Frost, which was perfect. Tania's home was an awesome place to stay, with ample sleeping room and big enough kitchen to cook and eat in. There simply isn't a better place for the price, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the house. Tania was readily available and very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone in the group had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to rent Tania's home again. I would recommend this house to anyone!
Great time , loved going sking a land the house was so cozy
We had an awesome stay at Tania's place. My group of 10 spent the weekend there quite comfortably. Coming from Philly the location was perfect for our ski trip (Blue Mountain), and made for a nice escape from the city.
The house was cozy and clean. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and most importantly a dishwasher. Two decks make for great stargazing. There was also plenty of parking (we had three cars).
Overall great experience. I could see myself coming back and experiencing different seasons.
Tania was very welcoming, she welcomed us with a bag of bagels. For the price, we cannot complain about Tania's house. The kitchen was fully loaded with spices and basic essentials, and the pots were hidden in the broiler. Take note that there is only one bathroom and one half bath, so showering was a bit of a hassle for a group of 11. Also, hot water is limited. But like the kitchen, there was a hair dryer available and many more necessities. We had a large group so therefore sleeping space was a bit more limited. Although, if your group is under 8, then it should be fine.
Oh, we also had the cable guy come during out stay to fix the cable. Wasn't a bad experience but just held up our time to go out.
*The closest supermarket is Kinsley's ShopRite and it's about 10 miles (15 minutes) away. It's enormous and has everything.
*Big Boulder/ Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 15 miles away (25 minutes) away. The resort offers a discount to college students on Wednesdays only, from 3pm till close. Tickets were around $36, rental included. You can purchase tickets for other people. *Always ask Tania if you have any questions about anything at all. We didn't find the pans until the last day.
*Ration the hot water.
*Domino's delivers until late.
I stayed at this fantastic home with 7 other friends for our Friendsgiving celebration. I would say this house is perfect for a big group. Tania was very helpful and friendly from the start. She answered all of our questions and she was always easy to contact.
The house was even better than we expected. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was big enough for several of us to prepare food at the same time and the kitchen table expanded so that we could have our Friendsgiving feast. It was well stocked so well that we were able to cook easily throughout the weekend.
The bedrooms were clean and easily slept all 8 of us. We loved the office and all of the books as well as the games Tania has there. We also walked around the community which was really nice and wooded. It was very peaceful and quiet, we really didn't see or hear anyone else. We had issues with the internet and Tania was great about trying to help us over the phone. We were not able to figure it out but it didn't affect the trip at all since we were there to spend time together. I wish we had stayed on a warmer weekend to enjoy the deck more- the grill definitely came in handy but I would have loved to relax in the hammock! Everything was even better than we expected and I would love to come back and stay again! To recap- Tania is great and her home is also great!
Emily was very sweet and easy to speak with - she and her group were wonderful guests and treated our home with respect. She is responsible and just the kind of person one would wish to host. Emily would be welcomed in our home again... any time she wishes.
Emily, thank you for choosing our home and enjoy the coming holidays!!
Tania is super nice and very accommodating! I had a group of 7 people in the house and we found the space to be perfect. There was an ample amount of sleeping, kitchen, and hanging out space. Her home was clean and well furnished - linens/towels provided, plenty of seating, working appliances, many pots/pans/utensils/glassware, clean refrigerator, etc. The house is located in a safe gated community with ample parking. She responded promptly to all of my questions and provided all necessary details regarding our rental. I definitely recommend renting from her!
Lisa and her group were nothing short of perfect guests to have in a home. They were clean and treated our place with the upmost care... as if it were their own.
It was a delight to communicate with Lisa. She is an intelligent and kind young woman. I recommend her for as a guest wholeheartedly and would welcome her to our home again any time she wishes!
Have a wonderful and brilliant year, Lisa!
