Step outside to a pool and spa just beyond the patio, or explore nearby dining, shopping, Acrisure Arena, and festival grounds. Resort amenities include tennis, pickleball, and fitness center access.

Enjoy amenities like 25 pools & spas, and a fitness facility with 10 tennis and 8 pickleball courts.

Pets are welcomed for an $150 fee (per pet) at booking.

Other things to note
🐾 Pets: Pets must be pre-approved and are allowed for a one time fee of $150 (per pet) at booking. Guests agree to abide by our pet rules outlined in detail in our house rules.

🚫 Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized, recreational, and/or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted unless they can fully fit inside the garage. Please see our house rules for additional details before arrival.

❄️ Air Conditioning: During the summer months, AC units cannot be set below 70°F. Setting them lower may cause the system to freeze and stop working - thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly!

🗑️ Trash Bins: Team members will be by on Sundays to roll the trash bins to the curb for trash collection Monday morning. They will return them Monday afternoon.

💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season).

🍋 Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees - guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch.

🌱 Overseeding Season: Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and is reseeded in October. During this month, the golf course is closed. (This is standard throughout the desert communities every fall.)
