This lovely apartment it is completely furnished and it was renovated just a month ago so all furnitures are new !
Let me tell you about the location, this condo it is just crossing street to the Ocean, it is just 5 minutes to the biggest mall of miami ( Aventura Mall ), in sunny isles beach there are many restaurants, bars, hotels walking distance of my building and then if you want to go check the Miami nightlife it is just 15 minutes away to the famous South beach where all the nightclubs and bars are.
NOTE: Taxes (13%) are not included on the Airbnb price. You have to pay it after booking. thanks

Interaction with Guests
Arrival and departure:
Guests are welcome to check in FROM 3:00 PM on the day of their arrival and are expected to check out BEFORE 11:00 AM on the day of their departure. We will do our best to accommodate any early arrivals or late departures but cannot make any guarantees as our flexibility depends upon other bookings that may have been made for the property. Please let us know with anticipation your check in and check out times because we have to send a person to meet you to the building to give you keys, building instructions, where is your parking space ,etc. Check in's after 8PM there is a U$ 50 extra charge and you have to tell us with anticipation at what time you will be in the condo.
Let me know if you want to add a car rental to your reservation, we have direct contract with Dollar and Alamo rent a car and you can pick up your car directly from the airport. We just need the full name of the driver, type of car you want ( economic, SUV, minivan, etc). Driver just needs to be 25 years or older and needs a credit card.

B) NOTE ON PARTYING
I understand that a lot of people come to Miami for the amazing beaches and the party. But I do live in the area and the party needs to stay at the club. If there is a complaint from my neighbors’ and the cops get called for a noise complaint your deposit will not be returned to you along with a negative review on airbnb. That does not mean that you need to tip toe around the apt but you cannot bring the party home with you and your ten best buds you just met at the club need to after party elsewhere, be conscious of my neighbors and noise levels entering and leaving the apt and when here and you will be just fine.
C) The apartment is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any incidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
D) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
E) Only use appliances for their intended uses.
F) Pets are NOT allowed.
G) Parking: The guest should use the only assigned parking number provided by our company. Towing removal are not cover by our company if the Guest car was parked in not authorized place inside of the building.
H) Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit for your stay, daily service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the apartment.
El apartamento esta igual a la publicacion, bien ubicado y todo correcto. Solo que now hubiese gustado que hubiera Un lavarropa dentro del departamento. Y lamentablemente durante nuestra estadia estaba roto el laundry asique nos fue impossible lavar nuestra ropa. Y la calefaccion de la habitation no andaba correctamente. Pero en lineas generales todo bien salvo esas cuestiones que me hubiese gustado que alguien me las resuelva Durante mi estadia.
Barbara. En la publicación dice que tanto el lavarropas como la secadora no estan dentro del departamento (hay un laundry room en cada piso). Lamentablemente justo en las fechas en que estuvistes se rompió la maquina para cargar las tarjetas de la maquina en el edificio, algo que lamentablemente nosotros no tenemos control sobre eso pero fue arreglado inmediatamente por el edificio. saludos
The #1427 condo is just beautiful and the hosts were gracious. Four of us stayed here over a long weekend for a girlfriend getaway and we were all so glad we did. The master bedroom was quite comfortable, with a large walk-in closet; the second bedroom was spacious with its own separate hang-out area. The kitchen is amazing and well equipped with glassware, silverware, plates, blender, coffee maker, etc. Refrigerator has ice maker which cranked out more than enough ice we needed.
The balcony overlooks the ocean with spectacular views. Although it's a 5-minute walk to the beach, it's right across the street and was quick & easy. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store within walking distance, too, but plan on 15 minutes each way and take a taxi if you're loading up as it's a bit of a walk.
We called Ricardo, who checked us in, about an issue with the wireless connection. He was super responsive and sent someone to fix it right away.
Note: we did have to buy coffee filters and toilet paper - only tissue were the ones on the roll in each bathroom.
This is an amazing property (luxury? yes!) and we all agreed we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. An exceptional value and all-around great experience.
Fomos atendido pelo Ricardo e muito bem recebidos. O apartamento é bem fiel as fotos, super limpo e organizado. Não tivemos nenhum problema. O pessoal do condomínio foram muitos atenciosos. Localização ótima, de frente para o mar, vista privilegiada e muito perto do Aventura Mall. Recomendo a todos e com certeza voltarei lá.
POR UN ANUNCIO EN INTERNET NOS ENTERAMOS DE LAS PROPUESTAS OFRECIDAS Y NOS GUSTO MUCHO QUE LO QUE OFRECIERON EN LAS FOTOS Y LA DESCRIPCION DEL APARTAMENTO FUE LO QUE RECIBIMOS , INCLUSO EL SECTOR DONDE ESTABA UBICADO EL APARTAMENTO FUE MUY BONITO Y AGRADABLE.
El apartamento esta muy bien, muy amplio, luminoso, bien ubicado, todo muy nuevo...recomandable...al anfitrión no lo vi nunca pero la gente muy amable tanto Ricardo como Esmeralda nos atendieron muy bien...
