This was the perfect place for our family! Every detail of this home is lovely and unique. It’s comfortable, located in a great neighborhood, and my favorite Airbnb stay yet! We spent every day at the park nearby, or playing in the river. Cannot thank you enough for the hospit…

I loved the Sellwood studio - all the details of the space made such a cozy atmosphere that totally felt like our own. The bathroom/shower was great, as was the use of the kitchenette which we used to brew tea in the morning. The garden in the backyard was a treat. Nights were ve…

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Candace's place. It's conveniently located near where our friend lives, a bunch of nice shops and restaurants, and a gorgeous park. The space was super clean and nicely decorated - it had everything we needed. We also happened to be arou…

Response from Candace:
Hurray! The city has finished the sidewalk repair! They do not like trip hazards and there is a big fine if not completed in short time frame. So BIG thanks to guests that had to go up the neighborhoods driveway and enter the studio. The park and bike paths are ready for summer exploring as well as the two vintage bikes repaired. There is a basket ball tennis racquets and picnic basket ready for guests to use at the park behind the studio. SUMMER ON!

Candace’s place is in a great location! The sleeping loft may be a little small for those 6’ or taller, but it was manageable. We appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer in the studio, at no additional cost. Lastly, the garden in the backyard was in full bloom and abso…

Response from Candace:
Natalie was a good sport - when last minute the sidewalk had to be redone and she had to walk around the neighbors driveway to get to the studio. In Oregon they make the owners replace sidewalks with tripping hazards and they have to be done in a certain time period or you are fined! The city of Portland is going through a building craze so there can be construction noise - but often on weekends they do not work. Though now it is summer and I love the noise from the parks - kids having fun!
