The 400 sq ft Studio sits in the middle of a garden and backs up to Sellwood Park. Best location in Sellwood with the Willamette River & Springwater Bike Trail out the door. A stand alone private studio-with sun & light, NOT a basement. Downtown Portland is just 15 minutes away via Orange Max line or use Uber or ride a Bike!

The space
The studio has an urban modern vibe and sits in the middle of a lush garden. There is a Sleeper sofa that opens to a bed on the main level, Queen bed in loft via the ladder and a blow up single bed or cot. Full kitchen with microwave and two hotplates- no oven, full bath and washer/dryer.
The studio is close to Willamette River and the Sellwood Park is right behind the garden. You can walk to all the stores, coffee shops, wine shops. There are Bus lines and Max Train options for commuting.
It's all here!

Bistro patio set and extra teak chairs for guests. I also have picnic basket and blanket so you can enjoy the park behind.

You come and go at your own pace- if you have questions or need suggestions just text me.

Walkable shops, all the parks and the Willamette River! Easy access to downtown.
Car to Go, Max Bus system, Zip Car are available and of course Uber.

Guest access
Park on the street and lock your car, walk back the driveway to the green studio. The front entry has a keyless push button pad for access, once you book I will give you the code.
There is a private patio in the back that opens to a fenced garden.

Other things to note
I am a Designer and Broker with Windermere for 16 years, so if you need to know anything about the local housing or the rental market I can give you some suggestions and design tips!

Sellwood is a nice neighborhood on the Willamette River. It has several parks, and access to the popular Springwater Bike trail.
Walkable and friendly with shops and restaurants and easy access to downtown. It is called Sleepy Sellwood but is quickly being discovered!
New York Times just listed it as one of the top 50 places to visit!

During your stay
The space is very private and you can come and go as you like- you may never run into me, or we may meet up for coffee or a glass of wine! In the red cottage you may run into Nancy - she is a writer who works from home.
I live close by and have lived in the area for 30 years and raised my son here.
