Ideal for families and couples, this 3-bedroom home sleeps 6 with a king suite, a flexible guest room with a queen and trundle bed, and an additional full bedroom. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, while the covered patio, grill, and propane fire pit create the perfect space for outdoor dining and evening relaxation. Stay comfortable with high-speed WiFi, in-unit laundry, central AC, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Located in this amenity-rich community with pools, sauna, and walking areas, you’ll enjoy a quieter setting just a short drive from Bethany Beach, dining, and local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• 7-night minimum stay required during peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day; Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only)
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties permitted
• Millville by the Sea Resort Fee: $175 per stay (required for community access); collected at the time of reservation
• HOA registration paperwork must be completed at least 12 days prior to arrival to access community amenities
• Located approximately 4 miles from Bethany Beach; a vehicle is required for beach access
• Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles (2 garage + 2 driveway)
• Community amenities (pool, sauna, etc.) are HOA-managed and hours/availability may vary
