A great loft apartment inside an old converted factory building in the most desirable hipsters’ area in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Cafe, 24h Groceries, sushi, and Roberta's famous pizza a block away. Right around the corner from new art galleries.
Come and share a great loft apartment which is inside an old converted factory building in the most desirable hipsters’ area in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Sunny and airy with the huge windows facing east, comes tastefully furnished with fresh towels and bed linens provided. A welcoming and impressive 1000sqft in size, loft is an open space with a floor level and a staircase leading to a mezzanine level. It’s a shared space, no rooms. I have two beds, full and queen size, have the possibility to add an air mattress. Perfect for one or two people! We love parties, I hope you can join us for one of them!
The loft has an open concept kitchen and living room combo, so it feels very spacious. In addition to that, it has a 12 feet tall ceiling, with giant windows.
It is a spacious loft on the 2nd floor of an elevator and security camera building.
Bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining room area.
L train is one (in fact zero) block away on Morgan ave, it’s 15 minutes from Union Square and 35 min from Times Square.
There is no shortage of restaurants, art galleries, shopping and bars, I’ll show you it all!
There is a laundry located in building (washer/dryer)
Strong high speed Wi-Fi internet, stereo system, printer
Air conditioner/central heating
Super friendly and attentive neighbours on ALL floors.
The supermarket is right downstairs.
Super charming and tolerant male hosts
We have no pets, but pets are allowed
Area's super cool and inspirational, full of younger artistic types roaming around and loads of amenities.
I have been traveling a lot and i think i know what someone is looking for when he arrive in a new city, I always want to be a good host an feel like my guest are enjoying themselves. The building is large and full of life with occasional parties so a completely quiet night cannot be promised especially on weekends.
Live Glamorously on a Budget and enjoy the company of artists and good people!
Guest has an access to everything we have, it's not a hotel, it's a house we are sharing!
Interaction with Guests
I love to talk to people, the best guest is a guest who becomes a friend.
The reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I only met Sasha upon arriving and leaving as he was away most of the weekend. The apartment is as described, a shared space so not much privacy, but great location - only 10 second walk to subway, and lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bedford Ave is only a 10 minute subway ride (main street in Williamsburg). The bathroom could have done with a clean, but other than that I had a good stay.
Super easygoing. I wasn't around much, but the place was generally quiet and comfortable. Great location.
Sasha was a great host. The apartment is a spacious, one-room loft with big windows overlooking a hip street in Williamsburg. While there wasn't a ton of privacy, Sasha was fun to spend time with and was open to sharing about his life with me. We ended up going out to eat together and talking a good bit, and I felt that he both welcomed me in his home and respected my boundaries as a guest. He also shared his computer with me, which was really helpful, and the kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and bed were all clean and comfortable. Very close to the subway and easy to find. I'd definitely visit again.
Sasha was a great host and waited for me to arrive despite my flight was late after midnight. The place was exactly as described, very cosy and artistic, in an old factory type of building you see in the movies. Both guys were friendly, respectful and shared insights of life in NY. The area filled with trendy hipsters and if you are looking for something different than Manhattan this could be place for you.
