Come and share a great loft apartment which is inside an old converted factory building in the most desirable hipsters’ area in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Sunny and airy with the huge windows facing east, comes tastefully furnished with fresh towels and bed linens provided. A welcoming and impressive 1000sqft in size, loft is an open space with a first floor level and a staircase leading to a mezzanine level. You will be living up or downstairs on your choice, it’s a shared space, no rooms. We have two beds, full and queen size, have the possibility to add an air mattress. So it can be one, two or three of you! It's just $25 extra for each person per night.
It has an open concept kitchen and living room combo, so it feels very spacious. In addition to that, it has a 12 feet tall ceiling, with giant windows.
It is a spacious loft on the 2nd floor of an elevator and security camera building.
Bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining room area.
L train is one (in fact zero) block away on Morgan ave, it’s 15 minutes from Union Square and 35 min from Times Square.
There is no shortage of restaurants, art galleries, shopping and bars, I’ll show you it all!
There is a laundry located in building (washer/dryer)
Strong high speed Wi-Fi internet, stereo system, printer
Air conditioner/central heating
Super friendly and attentive neighbours on ALL floors.
The supermarket is right downstairs.
Super charming and tolerant male hosts

Area's super cool and inspirational, full of younger artistic types roaming around and loads of amenities.
I have been traveling a lot and i think i know what someone is looking for when he arrive in a new city, I always want to be a good host an feel like my guest are enjoying themselves. The building is large and full of life with occasional parties so a completely quiet night cannot be promised especially on weekends.
Live Glamorously on a Budget and enjoy the company of artists and good people!
Alexander, Pasha & Dimitri were all wonderful hosts and I had a great time getting to know them all a bit better. They had all the amenities that were listed & the location is prime - there are literally so many places to eat/drink coffee/grab quick groceries around and the L train stop is just around the corner. Enjoyed my stay very much & would definitely go back. Thanks guys!
Host and his roommates are kind enough and this loft is comfortable enough to stay. One day, I've stay inside all day, but they didn't blame for that, so I could made myself at home while my staying. It's true this loft will not fit for clean freak or nervous person, but as for me, I love this place
Alex and his roommates are the ROCKSTARS of East Williamsburg! I dont have any more to say than that. They inspired me in the create ways and here I am, living around the corner in East Williamsburg. :) Keep in touch
We spent one week at Alexanders flat. The area around the loft is really nice and you can find there a lot of cool cafés, bars or shops. It's great to get in touch with Brooklyn. Alexanders appartment is a typical loft with two open floors.
It's not written in his airbnb- information but he live there with his 3! roommates and the flat is not big enough for all the people. 2 days after our arrival, one of his roomates got a visitor, so we lived with 5 persons (3 guys, 2 girls) in the flat. We decided to sleep on a small bed together, because the mattrrase and the airbed didn't look very clean and the bed in the upper floor was occupied. So we sleeped next to Alexander and one of his roommates. The kitchen and the bathroom is not clean, so bring your own towels. It's an option for a day or some days, but not for a week.
Alexander has no "spezial" tips for New York and our stay. For example we asked him if he has a nice idea for some concerts in Brooklyn or New York, we got the tip to (website hidden) it. But the roomates are really nice (one of his roomates is Alexanders Airbnb-profilpic) and sometimes some of his friends were hanging around and we got great suggestions for sightseeings or clubs. He was smoking with his friends in front of the open window, so if you want to stay in a non-smoking area, it won't be the perfect place.
+ great area around the flat (Brookly is really nice)
+ nice roommates/friends
+ it's pretty close to the subway and you will be in 20 minutes in Manhattan
+ you will get in touch with the New York lifestyle during Alexanders small parties
- to many people live in the loft
- Alexander doesn't told us spezial tips for our stay
- the flat is not clean
- not the ideal accommodation for longer than a few days
Had a great time staying with Alex and his mates! Great little place in East Williamsburg with some cool bars, cafes and vintage stores in the local area. The communal living space was small for 4 people but with a good atmosphere and had some great chats with the hosts. Alex and his mates were very hospitable in telling me about things going on in the area. Overall a good experience!
I only met Alex in the morning as I left, but he seemed very nice. My arrival was greeted by his 2 roommates and their friends. The space is a bit different now than in the picture, but I was very comfortable. The bed was on the ground floor with 2 other beds for the roommates. The shower water was hot and they even had a hair dryer which was a blessing.
Great space in an fantastic neighbourhood that's well connected with both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Alex was super hospitable and it was an excellent opportunity to get to know an up and coming part of NY.
