Our 2BR/2BA house is an eclectic mix that reflects the character of Austin: modern yet warm, with hardwood floors, and clean lines. The large backyard, with a newly redone back patio, is perfect for enjoying the Austin weather. The property offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer and a third private room with a futon that can be used as a third bedroom. The property sleeps six with one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom and a futon in what can be a private closed off third bedroom.
This house is close to everything. It is less than five minutes to Central Market. It’s walking distance to Teo for gelato, Kerbey Lane for pancakes, Andersons for fresh-roasted Coffee, the Flower Bucket for fresh flowers, and Brick Oven for pizza. Some great restaurants are also only blocks away: Olive & June, Fino, 34th Street Cafe, Fonda San Miguel, Torchy's tacos and Texas French Bread. Our property is TurnKey Rental Certified. When you book with us we’ll send you our mobile app with directions, our 24-hour live support number and rental guide. Then, you can drive right to the rental which features a digital door lock where you’ll use your unique code to enter (no need to meet for keys). Inside, you'll enjoy our premium amenities: shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens. You can request an early check-in / late check-out and we will arrange it whenever possible.
*All TurnKey Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation also requires a cleaning fee, and the a standard $39.99+ Property Damage Protection policy.
*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
The house was fine. We liked the decoration. There was a mini ipad which was a bonus for us. On the other hand there was no Kettle for water heating which is a must. The bathroom was old. Need to be renewed
