Jayhawk Villa has breathtaking water views and is perfectly located in the sought after East End of St. Thomas. It's walking distance to Secret Harbour Beach where the Sunset Grille and Cruzan Beach Bar are located. The villa is near beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, and a lively night life in Red Hook. It's also close to the ferry terminal where you can catch a ferry to St. John or the BVI. Private boats are also available to rent for fishing, diving, snorkeling or party excursions.

The space
Jayhawk Villa is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Our courtyard is a picturesque display of lovely indigenous plants and trees. When you enter the front door you will be taken away by the stunning water views which all of the rooms in the house share. You can sit on the deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunset or watch the cruise ships at a distance as they enter and depart St. Thomas.

If it is your first time visiting St. Thomas and you are not comfortable finding your way around then Jayhawk Villa is the perfect location for your vacation. You won't have to venture far to get to all of the popular spots. There are numerous crystal clear turquoise blue water, white sand beaches in the area, many restaurants, shops, bars, and a lively night life in Red Hook. And it's all just minutes away.

There is no denying that you are vacationing in the Caribbean in our house. It has a “beachy” vibe with lively colors and tasteful coastal décor. The bed-rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The young and the young at heart will enjoy the bunk room. The playful furnishings and décor were chosen with them in mind. We were also mindful of what vacationers are looking for in their temporary home away from home. We have a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, games and many other amenities that will enhance your stay.

My husband and I love traveling the world. When we vacationed in St. Thomas we thought it was the most beautiful place we had ever seen. We returned a few months later to purchase our lovely home. We have "no worries" when we are in St. Thomas and living on "island time." We hope that you will enjoy our home as much as we do. And just in case you were wondering, we are both proud University of Kansas student/athlete alumni. Hence the name Jayhawk Villa.
