For the urbanite that wants to feel that true Hong Kong buzz, this charming 780sqf walk-up apartment is centrally located in the hip SoHo district, minutes away from the best eateries and bars in Hong Kong, and all major transportation lines.
The apartment has 1 available bedroom with a queen's sized bed and a super-comfy couch in the living area, which can serve as an extra bed. Fits 3 ideally, although I have an airbed that can be laid out in the living area for additional guests, should that be necessary.
The space is bright with lots of windows, but it also has really great "hangover" curtains, should you want it to stay dark in the mornings. The airconditioning unit in the living area is very strong and able to cool the entire apartment. Separate heating units can also be provided.
Please Note: There is no elevator in the building and this is a 4th floor walk-up, which is one of the charming parts of living in Hong Kong. Think of it as much-needed exercise after indulging in the many great meals available in the area!
Even though the apartment is situated in the middle of the vibrant SoHo district, everything quiets down around 11pm on weekdays and 12midnight on weekends. And it is very peaceful during the day. Being 4 floors up means the noise level is pretty manageable at all times, and it shouldn't keep you up unless you want to be up.
Perfect for singles, couples, groups of friends who want to enjoy Hong Kong's thriving culture, shopping and nightlife living at the heart of the city. Or business travellers who are looking for an super-convenient location.
You will be given the code for the gate downstairs, and keys for accessing the apartment during check-in. The building is CCTV-enabled for additional security. You will have access to the entire apartment, except for a 80sqf spare bedroom where I will keep my personal items stored away.

I live in the apartment most of the time but will be traveling for the duration of your stay. My housekeeper will be responsible for checking you in and out and showing you around the apartment. For longer-stay guests, if you would like her to clean the place or change the linen additionally every 1 or 2 weeks, you can arrange this separately and directly with her.
However, if you need advice on where to eat, shop, browse, work out, party like a local in Hong Kong or have any other unusual requests, queries and emergencies, I'd be happy to help. I can be easily contacted by phone (WhatsApp, SMS, call) or email.

It was my second trip to Hong Kong and I'd like to say that Sara's apartment has exceeded all my expectations. It's just amazing, it has everything you may need: comfortable bed and if necessary - extra bed, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with all appliances, high-speed WI-FI, etc. And location! It's super convenient - just a step aside the entrance and you're at the Mid-Levels Escalator. And from there it's just minutes to Cantral MTR or Hong Kong Station/Airport Express. Also I'd like to add that Sara is an amazing host, she's very friendly and caring! She had thought everything out for her guests that their stay would be great. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend Sara as a host and her apartment!..
Sara's apartment felt like a second home straight away, it was hard to leave! She was very sincere, helpful and accommodating, giving recommendations before we arrived up to a few days into our trip. She has quite a few maps and guide books for Hong Kong which really came in handy.
Her housekeeper showed us in to her apartment and helped us check out as well, very helpful, friendly and kind. Location is perfect, very convenient, right next to the mid-level escalators, within walking distance to a whole range of restaurants and pubs, just 15 mins walk by the escalators to the Hong Kong MTR, an additional 5-10 mins to Central MTR and the Piers. The apartment itself is very well furnished, clean and cheerful, more than what we expected and quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, just what we needed. Oh, and such a cosy bed! We nearly forgot we were living above some pubs that gets quite busy on weekends.
Highly recommended! Would definitely consider staying there again the next time we visit! Thanks Sara :)

Perfect, in a word. I had stayed the prior week, and when I had to be back in Hong Kong, I didn't hesitate to book again.
Stay in Sara's flat was great. Location in Soho is perfect. Spacious by HK standards. Communication was super easy. I was there during a level 8 Typhoon warning and Sara was always available if I needed her. It was such a great experience I am going back next week when I return to HK!
Hi there, I'm Sara. I was born in Singapore, went to school in the U.S. and have now been living in Hong Kong for the past 7 years. My accent is a bit of a work of art. I love new experiences and my favourite travel destinations are warm and sunny (just like me). As a brand consultant, I am drawn to bright colours, creativity and good design, which you will see somewhat reflected in my apartment - I hope!
My friends and I have had some great travel experiences via airbnb, staying at lovely places and interacting with even more lovely people. I do not smoke, and I am a reliable and considerate guest. Now I feel its my turn to reciprocate and contribute to the community by being an equally reliable and considerate host. I'm happy to share my local knowledge on food, shopping, parties, sights etc - ask me anything!
