The space
Right in the middle of the bay and close to everything. There is a cool playhouse for kids. The kayak launching pad is right across the street. Access charter boats to your fishing trip are across the street. Want to book a horseback riding to Salmon Creek beach? Just walk 3 minutes to the horse departure area down the street on your right. The Harbor Cutie is .2 mile from the Secret Garden. 4-5 restaurants (Terrapin Creek Cafe, Gourmet Au Bay, Ginochios Kitchen, Fisherman's Cove, Spud Point Crab Company, etc) are all within walking distance. Hiking trail behind the home where you can hike to Salmon Creek beach in less than 30 minutes. Large front yard easy to park 2-3 cars, boats, and play. There is a 20 feet wide gate that can be rolled out to park your RV. This home is very pet, child, and family-friendly. The nice 600 square foot deck has a panoramic view of the bay/ocean.

Pets: To bring your pets, select the pet option before you book.
***Dogs (only two per reservation) are the only pets allowed. If you have more than 1 dog we must approve the dog first. We have guests that are highly allergic to cats, no cats are allowed. No puppies (dogs 2 and under)
*** Well-behaved dogs weighing 50 pounds or less negotiable with a $100 pet fee per pet per stay.
*** Security Ring cameras are installed at the exterior doors/entrances of property for safety.
Also do not bring more guests than what you booked without prior owner's permission. If more guests are staying in the house without being included in the booking, double guests fee will be charged and/or you may be asked to leave.

Kayaks are not for guests' use. We had an incident where guests fell into the water and had to be rescued so we no longer allow it.
If you would like to kayak, please bring your own kayak or call Bob at the Bodega Bay Kayak to reserve your kayak and he will bring the kayak across the street for you.

1) Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardeners come by every Tuesday to do yard work. If you would like a heads up please let me know. They usually comes between 8-9 AM.
2)Well-behaved dogs weighing less than 50 pounds or less are allowed with the owner's prior permission. There is an additional $100 pet fee per pet. If you are bringing more than 1 pets you will be requested for an additional $ 100 pet fee. Please let the owner know if you wish to bring your dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. You will forfeit your deposit should the cleaner find evidence of a pet at the property.
3) We will provide 3 rolls of Costco size toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, beyond that you are responsible for any amount beyond that.
4) The playhouse is reserved for children 5 feet 4 and under due to the height limit of the loft. Parental supervision is required. Please text the owner for the code to access the playhouse if your children would like to have access to the playhouse. Please make sure everything is put back to its original position when done and please remove your shoes when playing inside the playhouse since we have little hands that touch the floor.
5) Due to the recent Sonoma Ordinance regarding noise restriction imposed on all vacation rentals in the coast, please be aware of the following noise policies to avoid possible complaints from the nearby neighbors and fines by the County for noise violations:
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
-Avoid loud conversations or activities outside after 10 AM
