**This adorable newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (with stall shower). One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two double beds. Ample closet space.
*Full kitchen (no dishwasher) with open concept living room and dining area.
*Includes beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
*Private patio with grill and firepit table.
*Off street parking for 1 car only.
**Unit is part of a multi-unit building but has its own private entrance. Shared laundry facilities.**
*Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee*
Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance with private patio area also.
