Here are some answers to the most common questions we receive from prospective guests:

Q. Can I book for less than a month?

A. YES! Thanks for asking. We are fortunate to be in one of the only locations in Sedona that is not a hotel and is zoned to do short term vacation rentals. Don't take the chance with others who claim they get away with this, it is not permitted in Sedona unless grandfathered in and you can be fined substantially if caught renting less than 30 days.

Q. How long does it take to Sedona?

A. We are in the Village of Oak Creek, just 15 minutes south of the commercial district of downtown Sedona. Find out the benefits of being so close to Sedona without being in the hustle-bustle that is West Sedona. The 'Village' is a bedroom community, find out where the locals thrive.

Q. Are there good places to eat/drink nearby?

A. YES! World famous Bell Rock is 1/4 mile walk. There is a bike lane on the road in front of the house that goes all the way through Sedona. The Desert Flour Bakery is across the street and PJ's Village Pub a block away (local hangout). Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club, Canyon Mesa Country Club, The Hilton Spa, The Oak Creek Outlet Mall and many great restaurants are all local. And only 15 minutes from uptown Sedona tourist center.

Q. Do you have a TV?

A. There are two LCD TV's, the one downstairs has a DVD player and several DVD’s on the shelf for your entertainment needs. There is cable TV with lots of channels.

  • Our group of four had a wonderful time at Doug's place. It was very spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. We had no problems finding it and it was in a great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and just a quick drive to Sedona.

We had a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi and when I let Doug know, he was on it immediately. Overall, it was fantastic and we definitely recommend it to any others! We will be back :)

  • The townhome was lovely and the location was ideal. It was just far enough out of Sedona proper to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to reach shopping and hiking easily. The hot tub was an added bonus to soak tired muscles after a day of hiking.

  • This townhouse condo is in the Village of Oak Creek about 15 minutes from the heart of Sedona but very close to Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock, two premier vortexes. It is truly a second home with everything you need. It is on the main drag but still very quiet and we had no real awareness of the street once inside. The yard area is shared but our dogs had fun meeting the neighbor dogs. It is not fully enclosed however so you'll need to keep a eye on them when they go out.

There are lots of sheets, towels etc. A washer/dryer and a nice supply of things like paper towels, tin foil, etc. Nearby there is Desert Flour, Firecreek Coffe and a Minami Sushi is within walking distance. The hot tub has a partial view of courthouse butte. The beds are comfy too.

Had a small hot water issue and Doug was on top of it and gracious and conscientious about the inconvenience. We felt well taken care of, even on a Sunday.

    Thanks Doug! It was perfect!

  • The unit was clean, well organized, and laid out as a full time vacation rental which was very convenient because everything provided as you would expect in a nice hotel. The kitchen is Huge for a two bedroom and the 3 bathrooms allowed for plenty of space for our 6+ guest. WIFI and Cable TV worked perfectly and there are great views from the master bedroom balcony. This is a nice location for any visits with in Sedona or Oak Creek Village. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

  • Everything you need there...awesome views, large lovely well equipped and very clean. This place is well worth the money and we will likely return.

  • This unit had everything I needed for the weekend! It was reasonably priced, the king-sized bed I slept in was comfortable, the unit had its own relatively private hot tub, and there was a large kitchen. This unit is made to be a vacation rental, so it's as if you're checking in to a cozier hotel room with full amenities. The only disappointment I had was that I didn't have more days to spend there to enjoy it more fully! Checking in and out was the easiest process, and I look forward to having a chance to return!
