The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area, tropical garden, parking, and washing machine make it ideal for short or long stays. Beaches and amenities are just minutes away.

On night time you have a security guard who stay at the place from 6 pm to 6 am.

Cleaning and Linen Policy:

To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule:

The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels.

After 3 more nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen.

Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months.

Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
