Good for old folks too, so long as they read the listing that clearly states that all bathrooms are shared. But gosh, you know what's really good? When I refund waaaay more than what my cancellation policy states for the guest that expected amenities that aren't stated in any of my listings. Then, after spending time with resolution department so that even airbnb doesn't charge the guest their end of the cancellation fee, I write them a 5 star review and they put a cherry on top with a review like this. I did learn from Lisa to not put flexible check in/out on any of my listings now, since she couldn't grasp why her room wasn't ready when the previous guest checked out less than an hour prior to her arrival.
Everyone can thank Lisa for no more flexible checkins/outs @ The Castle (jk, I will still be flexible) but I can't state that in the settings because I would have to stand by it, even if the guest weren't so flexible with waiting 20 minutes in the living room, kitchen, patio.. or bathroom (THEY'RE ALL SHARED as stated), for their room to be ready.
Lisa's husband was kind and as I said in their review, is still welcome to return...but only for a solo business trip
