Here is a F.A.Q About the apartment, hope it helps you have a better idea about your future experience with us ;)
1.What is the rental process?
Just select your dates, number of people, and go through with the booking,
2.What would the total be for renting your place between certain dates?
It depends on what you select when you go through the booking (the price should be indicated once you have selected dates and number of people etc on the booking page for the apartment). (cf. #1).
3.Would there be a deposit? If so how much would it be?
Yes there is. You pay it to AirBnB, and they give it back to you 2 days after you are out of the apartment if everything goes normally.
I have never had a problem before, and all of my guests have collected their deposit back.
The Deposit is 300€.
4.Would it accommodate two people?
Definitely. Two people would be most comfortable in the apartment :).
Four people can stay very comfortably in the apartment, as there is a real 160cm wide bed in the living room.
(website hidden) you have Internet access?
Yes. There is both LAN and WiFi Access. It is very fast.
(website hidden) this a secure building?
It is a very safe building.
First of all it is a very safe neighborhood.
The street door requires a code to get in. and the building door does too.
There is also a metallic curtain in front of the windows for extra safety if you feel like you need it ;).
7.What time do we have to check in and check out?
Whenever you want, I am very flexible and always looking to accomodate my guests to the best of my ability.
The only restriction to this, is if guests before/after you have arrive at the required hour... then you have to leave at "your" normal check-out hour so that the cleaning staff can do their job and make the place perfect again for the next guest.
8.Are you close to pubic transportation?
You have a metro station less than 30 sec away walking.
Gare Saint-Lazare is very close (5 minutes walk).
And the BusStop from Roissy CDG is also 5 minutes away (rue Scribe).
(website hidden) there grocery shopping/ cafés near your place?
There is everything you can dream of nearby.
Departments Stors like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps (french equivalent of Bloomingdale's, Macy's or Harrod's), are just down the street (3 minutes walk).
There are heaps of Cafés and restaurants nearby, including my personal favorite for morning coffees and afternoon teas: "Le Greffulhe", just down the street from the apartment, they will change your fears of "bad french service".
(website hidden) parking available?
Yes. Lots of offices in the neighborhood , so lots of parking both in our street, as well as in the surrounding streets.
(website hidden) you have a washing machine?
Washing machine, dryer, as well as dishwasher and all amenities are provided with the apartment.
(website hidden) there anything we should know about your place?
It's very comfy, very well designed, equipped with state-of-the-art everything, as well as actual Art ;). In short, it is the perfect base-camp for a wonderful Paris experience!

Other Things to Note
Please feel free to ask any question you may have regarding Paris or the apartment!
Please consider this home as your own, and respect it accordingly :).
The flat was just as we expected. It makes really good use of space and is very well equipped. The instructions for gaining access are clear. We loved the location; it is very central and yet a 'real-life' neighbourhood (as opposed to a tourist one). At our first lunch in the bar at the end of the street, we were eating alongside actors from the theatre across the way - and felt instantly Parisienne!
This was a great place! It was cute, clean, and close to everything in the Opera area. I'd highly recommend it!
The apartment was wonderful. It was in a great location, convenient to the metro, but still quiet. Highly recommended!
My friend and I stayed here for one night. I only had one issue which I will get to later. The pictures do the photos justice(however, the sofa is now a different sort of fold out bed which was still fine and nice. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The flat was very easy for us to find and in a great location next to shops, restaurants, metro stations(Opera, Madeleine). When we got there, there were towels and bedding washing in the machine. It was nice to know they were freshly cleaned. The rest of the flat was clean and stylish with plenty of space for me and my friend. My only issue was with the woman that lives upstairs. She is insane. She yelled at me and my friend from her window for about 10 minutes saying we shouldn't be staying there and that this isn't a hotel and that we were being too noisy and woke her up which was not true. She then came downstairs and banged on our door and continued to yell at us some more. I'd read comments about her in other guests reviews, but didn't think much about it as I knew we would be quiet but we definitely experienced the same craziness other people experienced. I told my friend I would definitely come back and stay at this flat again....until the crazy woman upstairs yelled at us. Because of her, I don't think we'll be staying there again. Everything apart from her was lovely.
Dear Bobby, Thank you very much for your review and you great experience about the apartment. I do apologize about the woman upstairs, we have tried everything to have her leave the building, and numerous complaints form all other tenants have not had the effect we're hoping for yet. We're working hard on having her evicted ASAP, so that you can come back and stay with us next time, and she'll be gone ;-). Best, Justin
Really great place for 3 or 4 people. Way better value than a hotel. Great location too, relatively close to all of the Paris sights. Really nice kitchen and bathroom.
There's a crazy older woman who lives upstairs that made our experience a little less than perfect. I tried to be polite but we got into a few shouting matches. Really not a huge deal.
Thanks John for your review, it was a real pleasure hosting you in Paris! Once again, really sorry for the crazy old bat, we did mention it several times to the landlords' association, and the procedure to kick her ou of the building is already in motion (Thank God!) :). Looking forward to welcoming you again soon. Best, Justin
Thank you for a very nice stay in this very centrally located Paris apartment. Key words: clean, central, high standard and cooperative host
