You can find "3 B's", Bed, Bike and Breakfast in Nijmegen, the oldest city located in the south-east of the Netherlands. With its river "Waal" and "Ooypolder" the city is surrounded by one of the most beautiful countrysides of the country.
The room has a double bed a table and 2 chairs which allows you to have breakfast in your room and make coffe and tea at any time you want, the bathroom and toilet you will share with me.
Breakfast is not included in the price of the room I can provide in a simple, satisfying breakfast but please let me know before arrival I will charge €3,50 per person extra for breakfast.
There is a bike you can use to explore the lovely city and its beautiful surroundings whenever you want.
If you are not a keen biker there are 3 busstops at only a few minutes walk, from which you can take a bus into the citycenter or the train station.
I live in a very quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from The Radboud university and hospital, there are a few supermarkets and shops in the neighborhood some take-away restaurants.

I booked my mum in at Suzanne´s and she had a great time. Everything worked very well, from communication to borrowing the bike.
Suzanne was kind and helpful and even when there was a misunderstanding about the breakfast she spontaneously helped my mum out which was super nice.
The room is located upstairs overlooking the calm street and its perfect to sit there by the window with a cup of tea.
We hebben Er een nachtje geslapen en het was goed.schoene kamer, lekker bed en Suzanne was gastvrij en vriendelijk.het is wel een stukje van het centrum af gelegen maar met de bus goed te doen.
Suzanne is very nice person to talk with. The accomendation was great and I really felt at home. So if you stay overnight in Nijmegen I can recommend you to stay at Suzanne's place!
No problems here at all. Suzanne was helpful and the room was very nice. The lending of a bike was a bonus and very useful indeed. Would visit again. Thanks.
Great house located at very quiet area and very convenient, supermarket and market just 10 minutes by walk.
The lovely and warming room you could spend your time enjoying in with coffe, tea and so on. Or you could ride bike going around this beautiful city.
Nice room in a quiet neighbourhood. It looked exactly same as the photos on the webpage. Suzanne lent me a bike, with which I was able to enjoy several wonderful afternoon rides in the suburb, and a picnic by the field. Thank you, Suzanne!
A great room in a quiet neighbourhood. Shops and a restaurant nearby as were bus stops to anywhere. I borrowed a bike from Suzanne, even better. Suzanne was a great host, there if i needed her, but she left me to myself. Only thing to consider is location. It is a bus ride from either rail station, but if you are driving then no problem at all.
everything ok, it's truly a quiet residential area, further away from the city centre than i expected, but there is bike available to use, and buses are close too
The house was lovely and clean and Suzanne was welcoming. Very nice to be able to make drinks of tea/coffee in the room. The house is close to an Aldi, Pizza takeaway and Chinese restaurant so it's easy to get food if, like us, you arrive in the evening. It is also very close to buses that take you straight to the centre of Nijmegen. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return.
