Oohhh what a lovely place to stay. Our private section of the home was warm and comfortable, with a beautiful view to wake up to. Pat and John made us very welcome and invited us into their home to enjoy their wonderful company. Breakfast was exceptional. I strongly recommend a visit to Bruny Island and a stay with Pat and John.
A very welcoming couple who went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Delicious breakfast cooked by John, each day was a culinary delight! Nothing was too much trouble.
Pat and John are welcoming hosts. We had some interesting conversations. The guest rooms are private. The view and breakfast are lovely. It is quiet and relaxing staying in their place and in the little bay.
Pat and John were delightful hosts and gave good advice on places to visit. The accomodation was excellent and we both enjoyed John's gourmet breakfast.
Wonderful hosts. Gave us lots of tips on touring the island, plus red cellophane covered flashlights to watch penguin parade. Lovely spot, well located on South Bruny. Superb breakfast. Large one bedroom suite with well equipped cooking area. Comfy queen sized bed.
Pat and John were the perfect hosts.
Had the longest part of our visit to Tas with them and the choice was well justified.
Great combination of own space and shared living. Loved it. Them . And the food.
The dogs were good fun too.
Great location , chosen on spec , but ideal for access to walks and not remote from the 'facilities' on Bruny.
My partner John and I live on Beautiful Bruny Island just off the coast of Tasmania in the "Deep South" Bruny is a very diverse island, peaceful, dramatic and exciting.
We love gardening although we have an ongoing battle with the rabbits who find our roses delicious - we love music (we have our own ukulele group) singing (with our group and in the local choir) sailing when the weather allows us (fair weather sailors now) and entertaining.
John is a great cook with a real feel for flavours, his breakfasts are wonderful.
We'd love to have you stay with us and our little piece of paradise we would certainly make you feel at home. Relax enjoy the beauty of our island - we know you will never want to leave.
