The apartment is in a great location with easy access to grab a taxi to get around Rome. Trevi fountain is very near and great places to eat are all around. We were just minutes from just about everything, Vatican, coliseum train and airport. All the comforts of home but be prepared if you stay during the summer as there is no air conditioning.

Roger is very easy to communicate with as he was willing to help us with any questions we had. The place was beautiful, but the one downside was that we were only given one key.

The place is super well located, close to the best places to visit, with a vintage style. Good choice in Rome!

Apartment was clean and is very spacious. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. One of our girls chose to sleep on pull out in living room rather than share a bed with her sister. Bathroom off the master bedroom not great, shower is tiny, but it was serviceable. A bit noisy in the apartment, can hear everything from the apartment upstairs clearly and there is a lot of street noise.

Roger welcomed us, (family of 9) the night we arrived and made sure everything was working properly. Other than the elevator not working properly, we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and of course beautiful Trevi fountain. Loved staying at Trevi Place!

Four of us stayed in this apartment for four days in mid-September, 2015. On the positive side: Roger was very helpful with advice for getting to the location and met us promptly at the property. The unit had a good amount of space for relaxing and dining. The location was good for getting to many sites and restaurants. However; on the negative side: The elevator worked inconsistently. It didn't always stop at the indicated floor. We ended up climbing the stairs most of the time. Floors needed a thorough cleaning. Feet became dirty quickly if you went barefoot any time. Lots of noise from street, but then you are in the middle of a busy area. The number one complaint we had was the strong odor in the stairway from the garbage bins that sat immediately inside the entry lobby of the building. It was pretty strong by the time garbage pick-up came.

We loved this place! It was very spacious, and close to the Trevi Fountain, as well as a short walk to all of the other attractions of Rome. Roger was always available to us, and if any problems arose, he was quick with finding a solution for them. Roger even took it a step further, and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier. The main thing we took away from staying here was the location. There are many shops and restaurants around there area, and it is all in walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!
