Our 19th-century row house apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay and authentic local experience on your next visit to Jamestown.

Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Jamestown, you can easily walk to excellent restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops, including a café and beer + wine lounge right downstairs. Explore the National Comedy Center, visit the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, and head to Chautauqua Lake for scenic walks.

The space
The apartment is a second + third floor walkup, designed with an eclectic mix of new and vintage furniture, local art, and modern essentials.

The lower level features a small, fully equipped kitchen, dining for 4+, and spacious living room. Plenty of space to sit, eat, work, and relax.

The upper level has two bedrooms and bathroom with washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a queen bed with cotton sheets, walk-in closet, dresser, 32" TV with Netflix.

Guest access
During your stay, you'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as a small shared porch outside of rear entrance.

Other things to note
The apartment is located directly above a bar/lounge. It's a very chill establishment, but you may hear some music and conversational noise in the lower level until 11p or 12am. The upstairs bedrooms are mostly isolated from this. The vast majority of people have not had an issue with the noise, but there will be earplugs available if needed.

The 19th century building features high ceilings and lots of stairs. Not recommended if you have mobility issues.

Parking is available on the street during the day, and in a garage a short block away overnight.
