Vintage house with lots of big windows and fun bright colors, hardwood floors and a beautiful wood stove to cozy up to on cool evenings. Easy walking distance from downtown, only 5 blocks from the Hockey Rink and a fenced in yard for kids or pets. Tons of space inside and out including parking for large truck/trailers. Cook, entertain or relax with a full kitchen, speakers, large screen TV, wifi, Netflix, books and games. New appliances include (dish washer, oven/stove, fridge/freezer).

The space
This space if very comfortable and is big enough for several people to do different activities within the space without interferring with eachother. Large open space in the living room is great for yoga. Or if you have someone that needs their own bed (beyond the 4 rooms), there is a queen futon. Relax, work or entertain. This is a quiet part of town with little traffic despite it's easy walking distance to Main Street businesses.

Guest access
Guests may have access to all rooms at residence. The basement is used for private storage and is not open to guests.

Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY. Broadway Bungalow is pet friendly. Pet fees are $25 per stay for 2 or less pets. Over 2 pets is an additional $50. However, in order to keep bedrooms completely pet hair and dander free we ask you do not let pets in the bedrooms. Pets are also not to be on furniture at any time. There is a large fenced in yard, a cable runner, pet bowls, and yard cleaning tools on the pack patio. Dogs may be left unattended while your away if they are 1. well behaved & house broken, 2. kept either outside in yard or in back laundry room and are 3. not continuous barkers. Owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pets. I do not currently charge a deposit and rely on the honesty of my patrons to allow me to continue to offer this service.

Broadway Street is a wonderful quiet street with monstly young families and retirees. Broadway is a safe street with lots of dog walking and friendly neighbors. A short 5 blocks and across the town bridge and your in downtown. 5 blocks the other direction and you're at the hockey rink. If you are up for it, the great mountain biking trails of Discovery Hill are only a 15 min ride.

Born and raised in a small town nestled in the heart of the rocky mountains in Idaho, I love the west, it's slow pace, our beautiful rivers and the friendliness that comes when you know all of your neighbors. I love to travel in both the U.S. and abroad and find the friends made in these places are an integral part of the experience. I'm a kayaker, a skier and love the outdoors in general. I'm friendly, easy going, respectful of others and as a renter myself, I take great care to treat the places I stay as my own. I own my own businesses at home which allows me the flexibility to both work hard, be creative and enjoy the blessings I've been given. I love art, history, music and wide open spaces. My favorite places not in my backdoor have been Ecuador, Nepal, Honduras, Cuba and the Grand Canyon. I look forward to many more adventures and friends along the way.
