Interaction with Guests
As I will be traveling at the time our interaction will be via phone and email. However, you will be living with my charming and cool French housemate Raphael. He's 25, male, straight and a young professional. He's often working late as he has a busy schedule. He is polite and on the cleaner side of housemates and tends to keep to himself when he is at home. Please be nice to him and respect his personal space as he is sure to be welcoming, but also respect yours :)
Treat the apartment as if it were your own with consideration and respect. As long as you clean up after yourself there are no specific do's and don'ts for this apartment.
