The building has an elevator, on-site security personnel stationed at the entrance 24 hours a day, and Labadab’s convenient paid wash-and-fold laundry service.
You’ll be staying in Poblacion, one of Manila’s most exciting dining and nightlife districts. Numerous bars, cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores are within a five-minute walk. Rockwell Power Plant Mall—with dining, a cinema, and Rustan’s supermarket—is about seven minutes away on foot. By Grab, the Makati CBD and BGC are approximately 15 minutes away, depending on traffic.

A note about neighborhood noise
Poblacion is a lively restaurant and nightlife district. Although the apartment is on the sixth floor, occasional street noise may carry up to the apartment late at night, particularly on weekends. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.
Parking is not provided with the unit. Limited street parking is available on one side of the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking lots can also be found within walking distance of the building.
We provide one complimentary cleaning during a 5-night stay and cleaning twice weekly for longer stays. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
There is no washer or dryer inside the unit. However, Labadab, a convenient wash-and-fold service located in the building, can take care of your laundry for a reasonable fee.
Celebrating a special occasion? We can help arrange flowers, chocolates, sparkling wine, champagne, or non-alcoholic bubbles for an additional charge. Please contact Sam for concierge assistance before or during your stay. Advance notice is appreciated for special arrangements.
