Other Things to Note
There is a two night minimum stay.
Great location and nice place! Proximity to grocery and coffee shop was nice, and very close to the beach as well! Chris was very responsive to all communications and provided a lot of great information on the neighborhood. Bocce ball court was a fun addition. This is a great place for a weekend beach getaway!

Chris was very prompt and helpful with his communication before, during, and after the stay. The townhouse itself was gorgeous, clean, and just like it's shown in the pictures.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with comfy Queen beds, but not a lot of additional space in them. The shower is upstairs - it's nice and has plenty of water pressure. Downstairs is the large, comfortable couch. The smallish, fully-equipped galley-style kitchen and dining area are down there, as well as a small desk. There's also a foldaway bed you can set up down there.
The backyard is very nice and private. The Bocce court even comes with rules and is a lot of fun. It also had a fire pit that we didn't have a chance to try out.
The 5 minute walk to the sand is no exaggeration, either. It's so close! Head downhill to the end of the street, hang a left and take the path in front of the hotel down to the beach, which was very picturesque and clean.
It's not a huge place, but it's cozy and we slept 5 adults (with only one shared bed) without feeling cramped at all. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there are dining options and a market even closer than the beach. We didn't get a chance to spend much time at the townhouse or in the area, but I wish we had!
